The Realtors Association Of South Central Wisconsin Housing Foundation Is A Private, Non-Profit Organization Dedicated To Increasing Affordable Housing In South Central Wisconsin, Is An Equal Opportunity And Fair Housing Organization. The Foundation Makes Available To Qualified Applicants A Low Interest, Short-Term Loan To Be Used For Down Payment And/Or Closing Costs Associated With The Purchase Of A Home. Generally, The Foundation's Participation Will Not Exceed 7 Percent Of The Purchase Price. The Foundation Was Established In 1989 And Is Largely Funded Through Voluntary Contributions And Special Fundraising Projects.
