City Of Manassas Housing Trust Fund provides long-term needs and emergency needs of those at risk of becoming homeless.

The funds will be solicited from public and private sources and be managed, invested loaned and disbursed in a way as to assist low and moderate income families and individuals secure, adequate, safe and decent housing.

Application will be provided by calling the MHTF and one will be mailed to you, or, you may pick up an application package at this office.

Mission Statement: The mission of the City of Manassas Housing Trust Fund is to assist in meeting the housing needs of those in our community who are unable to meet those needs on their own.

I am a single mom unable to work because of my ailments. I would like more information on housing assistance. I don't have enough money to move to Richmond where the housing is cheaper. And we don't have anywhere to go.
