Welsh Mountain Home Was Founded In 1924 As A Home For The Elderly Providing Services And Housing For Both Residential And Nursing Clients. Wmh Is Owned And Operated By Six Supporting Mennonite Bishop Districts In The Surrounding Area Of The Home. The Board Of Directors Has Made The Commitment To Provide Services And Housing To Persons, Regardless Of Their Means. Nearly 80% Of Our Residents Are Low Income Receiving Ssi Subsidies. Our Mission Is Unique In That Respect. Welsh Mountain Home's Goal Is To Expand On It's Services In Addition To Providing More Housing Units For Persons Desiring To Live In A Modest Facility.
