The Organization Develops And Advances Members' Professional Abilitites In The Administration And Implementation Of The Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, A State Law Which Adopts The Icc Building Codes Across Pennsylvania. The Organization Assists Members' Interactions With The Governing Bodies Of The Municipalites That Employ Them, With Administrative Agencies At The State And Federal Level, And The Various Publics The Members Serve.
