Rhonwaay Foundation Inc., Founded In 2000, Was Established As A Need To Assist Mentally Handicapped And Mentally Retarded Adults In The Philadelphia Area. The Founders Determined The Need After Caring For Their Own Family Members. The Rhonwaay Foundation Is A Transitional Facilty To Assist The Resident With The Necessary Skills And Support To Seek And Prepare For Permanent Housing.
