These 50,000,000 Individuals Suffer From The Ravages Of Disease And The Effects Of Aging And Touch Every Family In America. The Majority Of The Disabled Prefer To Live In Their Own Home. Government, In Its Effort To Cut Health Cost Has Identified Having The Disabled And The Elderly Remain At Home As A Low Cost Alternative To Institutions.
