The Mission Of The Housing Development Corporation (Hdc) Is To Provide Quality Housing And Services In Order To Empower Working Families Who Face The Greatest Barriers To Stability And Prosperity.The Housing Development Corporation Is A Twenty-Seven Year Old Non-Profit Community Development Corporation Providing Supportive Housing And Services. As The State's Oldest And Largest Community Development Corporation Addressing Farmworker Housing, The Hdc Owns And Operates 10 Multifamily Properties With 456 Affordable Rental Units, Serving Nearly 2,000 Low-Income Working Families Including Approximately 800 Children.
