About Community Action Agency Of Columbiana County, Inc.

The Caa Was Established In 1965 As A Local Response To President Lyndon Johnson's "War On Poverty". The Caa Uses Federal, State, Local And Private Funds To Provide A Variety Of Services To The County's Households In Poverty. We Advocate For The Needs Of Our Constituents To Funding Sources, Local, State And Federal Government And The Private Sector. We Have A Long History Of Job Creation And Hiring From Within The County's Low-Income Community And Currently Are One Of The County's Larger Non-Manufacturing Employers With A Workforce Of 190 People.
