The Legal Aid Bureau Will Meet Its Mission By Providing: Legal Aid To Those Who, Through Poverty, Cannot Procure Legal Assistance Elsewhere; Legal Representation That Meets Or Exceeds The Quality Available Elsewhere In The Legal Community; And Highly Skilled And Committed Professional Staff. Legal Aid Also Provides Positive And Productive Relationships With Clients, Governments, Courts, Regulating Agencies, The Bar, Funding Agencies, Volunteers, And Community Groups And Individuals; And Advocacy For The Legal Rights Of The Poor And For Adequate Resources With Which To Provide Access To Justice.
