The Organization Serves To Increase Successful Home Ownership And Tenancy Experiences For Low And Moderate Income Residents Of Monroe County And Erie County. It Also Administers Grant Programs On Behalf Of Local Municipalities, Provides Counseling And Intervention Services For Tenants, Home Owners And The Homeless And Comprehensive Assistance And Direct Training For Landlords.
