Ssihc's Mission Is "Ending Homelessness One Family At A Time." Our Transitional Housing Model Includes Wrap Around Social Services And Community Mentoring To Move Families From Instability To Self-Determination. We Work Closely With Each Resident Over Time To Address Barriers To Self-Sufficiency And To Develop Strategies To Overcome These Barriers. Professional, Active Case Management And Volunteer Mentor Teams Offer Ssihc Residents The Friendship, Support, And Access To Resources They Need To Reach Their Goals.
