Support To Employment Project, Inc.(Step) Was Founded In 1983 In Partnership With St. Annes Episcopal Church And The Perry Homes Public Housing Community. Step Provides One-To-One Counseling, Job Readiness Training Workshops And Advocates With A Pool Of Employers In Assisting In Employment Placement. Step Is Unique In That It That It Provides Follow-Support To Both Employee And Employer For A Period Of At Least One Year.
