We Test, Vaccinate, And Go One Step Further By Having All Our Adoption Pets Spayed Or Neutered ( Or Make Arrangements For Spaying Or Neutering) Prior To Adoption, Ensuring They Will Not Reproduce And Add To The Overpopulation Problem.
