Youths Progressing Inc, Founded In 1974, Grew Out Of The Need To Provide A Safe Haven For The Children In The James E Scott Housing Area. Over The Years Our Services Have Expanded To Include Fee-Free Summer Camps For Children Of All Socio-Economic Backgrounds As Well As An "Adopt A Senior Citizen" Program.
