Our Work Ensures That Nonprofit Organizations And Other Mission Based Entities Working In Low-Income Florida Communities Have Access To Financing To Build Affordable Housing And Community Facilities, Promote Economic Development, And Deliver Essential Social Services. Since Our First Loan In 1996 We Have Delivered More Than $40 Million To Nonprofits In Every Area Of The State Of Florida. Our Clients Have Used Those Funds To Create Community Projects Totaling $213 Million. The Net Social Impact Of Our Work Is Remarkable Totaling More Than 1,714 Affordable Housing Units, 962 Supportive Housing Units, And 49 Community Facilities. But Our Work Is Not Just Lending. We Also Act As A Conduit, Helping Connect Socially Responsible Investors With High Impact Community Development Projects In Florida. These Investors Include Religious Organizations, Foundations, Financial Institutions And Individuals. They Choose To Invest A Portion Of Their Assets With The Loan Fund Because They Value Our Ability To Put That Capital To Work In A Manner That Helps Transform Communities.
