About Community Of Hope, Inc.

Community Of Hope Was Founded As A Mission Of The Church Of The Nazarene In 1975. In 1980, Community Of Hope, Inc. Was Organized As A 501 (C) (3) Corporation In Response To The Growing Need For An Institutional Structure For The Delivery Of Services. The Nonprofit Organization Now Serves As A Separate But Complementary Structure To The Church And Maintains An Ongoing Relationship With The Church. Our Mission And Overriding Goal Is To Improve The Health And Quality Of Life Of Low-Income, Homeless, And Underserved Families And Individuals In The District Of Columbia By Providing Health Care, Housing With Supportive Services, Educational Opportunities, And Spiritual Support.
