Southeast Women Federation For Founded In 2002, Grew Out Of The Need To Assist Low Income Families And Individuals, Who Are At The Greatest Risk Of Becoming Homeless. Swfc Is Comprised Entirely Of Volunteers That Provide A Range Of Services, I.E. Case Management, Mentoring, And Advocacy. We Also Seek To Educate The Public On The Many Landlord/Tenant, And Homebuying Procedures. Our Goal Is To Increase The Residential Stability In San Diego County And Throughout The United States.
