The Need For Spin Is Greater Than Ever. This Year Is A Particularly Difficult One For Many Working-Poor, Low Income Families Due To The Poor Economy And The Housing Market Crisis. We Are Witnessing A Dramatic Increase Of Families Facing Homelessness And Financial Crisis In Our Community. Approximately 35,000 Residents Of Orange County Experienced Homelessness During 2008, And The Problem Appears To Be Escalating.
