People's Outreach Is A Very Small Mobile Referral/Resource Education Disaster Immigration Social Serices Public Charitable Community/Faith-Based Org Authorized By Irs.* Our Primary Goal Is To Prevent And Deter At Risk Youth/Children To A More Independent Lifestyle In Our Society.Low-Moderate Income. To Fulfill This Goal We Strive To Fill In The Missing Elements That Are Crucial In A Youth's Formative Years. Be It A Needed Emotional Element; Spiritual Element; Or Enhancing Life And Or Teaching Life Skills. Help Our Youth Realize They Can Dream And Their Dreams Can Be Bigger Than Imaginations. While Serving, (All Telephone Referrals), Case Mngt. Support, Children (Foster, Childcare, Preschool Cancer, Substance Abuse, Handicapable, Battered Women/Families,Proposed R.V. Homeless Shelter Support, And The Community, Food.Toys/Shelter Support Handout (Asking For Donations From Other Nonprofit Agencies And Grants), We Are To Be Going To Youths/Children Public Schools And Advertising And Referring To Needed Services For Services Peopple's Outreach Is Working On Becoming A Community Liaison, Nonprofit To Nonprofit Referral (Discreet), (Asking For Community Grants), Empowering And Improving The Neighborhood By Educating, Training, Mentoring, Homeless Assistance And Section 8 , Housing Referrals And Processing, Limited Counseling And Referrals, Community Development And General Needs.
