Congregations With Diverse Members Serve As Our Base Throughout The City Of Oakland. We Are Faith-Based And Non-Sectarian, And We Are Affiliated With The Pico Network (Pacific Institute For Community Organization). We Build Community Through One-On-One Visits, Leading To Further Invitations To Get Involved And To Build Relationships. Local Committees Are The Focal Point For Leadership Development. Power Comes From Relationships. We Build Power For Our Community To Use In Positive Ways, To Achieve Institutional Change And To Make Our City A Better Place To Live For All Families.
