Cares Is A Non-Profit Healthcare Entity Established In 1989 Through A Partnership Of Sacramento County And The Area's Four Major Hospital Systems To Provide A Coordinated Response To The Sacramento Area's Hiv/Aids Epidemic. Cares Has Grown To Be Sacramento's Leading Provider Of Hiv/Aids Related Services, And The Second Largest Provider Of Those Services In Northern California. Cares Exists To Provide People From All Communities, Who Are Living With Hiv/Aids, State Of The Art, Comprehensive Healthcare And Social Services In A Self-Empowering Environment. These Critically Needed Services Have Always Been Provided To Our Clients Regardless Of Their Ability To Pay.
