Mobile Css Increased Staff In Neighboring Baldwin County In The 1960's To Respond To Concerned Community People. In May 1988, Css Moved Into Their Newly Constructed Office Complex In Central Baldwin County. We Are A Multifaceted, Professional Program And Offer Assistance For Almost Every Common Social Problem. Our Mission Is To Serve The Needs Of The Poor And Distressed. We Reach Out To Those Who Are Alone, Who Feel Rejected Or Trapped, The Abused And Those Overwhelmed By Poverty Or Other Troubles - No Matter Who They Are, Where They Are From, Regardless Of Race Or Creed.
